The minimum required stay can be no less than one week. However, depending on availability, requests for a stay that is less than a week may be sought but only by telephone or E-mail (see section Contact Us) not through the web site itself.
The customer will have no right to a refund if they leave the apartment before the end of their stay, if the cause is not by fault of Victoria Beach.
To confirm the reservation, the customer will have to pay 30% of the total cost of the stay. This amount will be credited to Victoria Beach through the credit card that is entered in the booking form. The charge will be made within 48 hours of making the reservation. The remaining 70% plus a 150€ deposit will be credited before entering the apartment. The deposit will be returned when leaving the apartment if the tenant has met the standards of maintaining it.
It is essential before entering the apartment that the owner of the credit card that was used to make the reservation be present with said credit card and all other necessary documents, in all other cases that this is not possible we will not hand over the keys.
The company can not guarantee the apartment's floor or number but can for the apartment type that was ordered. However, we will try to the best of our ability to satisfy the requests of our customers from the moment the reservation is made.
Animals are not allowed on the premises. If any animals are seen after entering the apartment, without having informed the company, the stay will be automatically terminated without a refund.
Victoria Beach will not be responsible for any of the customer's luggage or personal effects, nor any damages or theft caused to their vehicle that may occur while it is parked in our car park.
It will not be possible to exceed the maximum authorised occupancy of one room. Inability to follow this rule will result in termination of the contract without any form of compensation:
We do not permit the use of any portable heating or air conditioning, only that of those available in the apartment.
What is not covered by these conditions will apply according to the Decree 19/1997 of the Valencian Government, that approves the Price Regime and Reservation of Touristic Allotments and the Decree 30/1993 of the Valencian Government that approves the Regulation of Touristic Apartments.
The collection of keys can be done at the central office of VictoriaCars, which is situated on Avda. de la Generalitat Valenciana Nº1 in Calpe, in front of the bus station. Tel: 96.583.02.54. From Monday to Saturday from 17:00 to 19:00. To collect the keys outside of these hours, on a Sunday or bank holiday, please contact us. On the last day the tenant must leave between 09:00 and 11:00 in the morning.

In the case that the requested allotment becomes unavailable through unforeseen circumstances unattributed to the company, Victoria Beach will make another allotment available for the customer of equal or superior characteristics without any type of refund.
By standard regulation, when collecting the keys, the customer must leave a deposit of 150€ as collateral for any possible damages that may be caused during their stay. In a case that an apartment is left extremely filthy, the company reserves the right to take a proportional amount from the deposit as an extra cleaning expenditure. Likewise, the deposit will not be returned if bin bags are left at the apartment.
