To confirm a reservation the client must pay 20% of the full amount in advance. The payment must be made at least 15 days before the arrival date. In case of last minute reservations, the client's credit card details will be asked for so confirmation of the reservation can be guaranteed.

In case of cancellation there will be the following charges:

• For a cancellation 30 days or more before the reservation is due: charge of 10% of the amount already paid
• For a cancellation between 30 and 15 days before the reservation is due: charge of 50% of the amount already paid
• For a cancellation with 7 days or less before the reservation is due: charge of 100% of the amount already paid (no refund)

In case of leaving early, the establishment have the authorization to charge a minimum of 50% of the nights reserved and not used.

The entering of the apartment should be done from 16:00pm hours onwards, while the leaving of the apartment should be done before 12:00am.

We do not allow animals.

Any terms that are not contemplated on our contracts will follow the guidelines of the current law about prices and reservations for toutistic accommodation.
